Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and 2-5 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays are not included. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Returns

There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure the address your items will ship to are input correctly at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect address or due to not adding the apartment/unit number. If a package is returned to Brynlee Marie Cosmetics due to insufficient information, the customer will be responsible to cover the re-shipping fee.

Please read product descriptions, all ingredients are listed for handmade products. It is recommended that you test products on small areas of skin if you are concerned about any reactions. Brynlee Marie Cosmetics LLC are not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that may occur.
